A key component of our spiritual progress is reliant on the communities that we are a part of. This work, if done alone, can be very daunting and often a lonely venture. Throughout the years, I have learned that sitting, becoming vulnerable and breathing in community is one way of cultivating joy and tapping into that inexhaustible resource that is meant to be shared freely. These LGBTQ+ and ally focused mindfulness sessions will provide you with the skills required to develop a daily meditation practice. You will learn various foundations of mindfulness practices and through group sharing, create space for vulnerability and cultivate loving-kindness and joy.
