How To Make Ginger Turmeric Shots in Less than 30 Minutes

You have about 22 hours to check the fun Instastory on how I made this delicious wellness tonic. Hurry, click here. But, this batch turned out so good I’d like to share the recipe with you. You will have about 5-7 days worth of shots. Make sure you refrigerate it after you have your first fresh shot immediately after you make it.

Here are some screenshots and easy instructions on how to prepare this wellness tonic if you missed the Instagram story.

Here is what you need:

  • 1 tbsp freshly grated turmeric
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 6 juicy lemons
  • 2 tbsp organic raw honey from Trader Joes
  • 1 cup water

Bring one cup of water to boil. Let it on low heat.

Squeeze thy lemons and store separately

Once the tonic cools, add it to the lemon juice.

The benefits of these ingredients are endless. I mainly use turmeric for it’s anti-inflammatory component. Ginger is a tonic and stimulant. It is known to cleanse the body of toxins. Honey lemon water helps flush out unwanted materials by increasing the rate of urination in the body. Therefore, toxins are released at a faster rate, which helps keep your urinary tract healthy. So, all in all, good stuff right here. Let me know if you like it.
