Recipe for a Successful Yoga Getaway

  • 19 open-minded individuals ready for…
  • 9 hours of grueling but yummy yoga in 3 days
  • a warm and sunny climate
  • delicious food
  • poolside fun
  • and lots of water

Super grateful for a successful first getaway in Palm Springs, CA. Having the support of friends and family, but most importantly getting to make new friends was the perfect concoction. Without my teacher Ducky Punch of course, this experience couldn’t have been possible. Check out some pictures from the weekend:

It’s important to stay grounded. I had to make sure to meditate every morning, NO exception

I met Sarah in Ireland at Ducky Punch’s retreat on Heir Island. She flew in from San Francisco. Love her! She was also the winner of the Manduka travel mat giveaway
