Ayurvedic Water Detox Recipe

So this infusion recipe I found on a FaceBook Ayurveda page has had 12 hours to sit and turn into a magic fat losing potion and I will begin taking it today for four days. 

I’m wondering if anyone else has tried this. I’m definitely not buying the “flat stomach” gimmick, but can’t be bad to infuse myself with this and other raw and healthy foods for 4 days, can it? 

If anyone wants to do this alongside and we can report results together, it would be fantastic.

This simple drink can effectively remove fat deposits from key spots in the body.

Ingredients:

-8 glasses of water

-1 tbsp grated ginger root

-1 fresh cucumber peeled and cut.

-cut lemon pieces

-12 leaves of mint

Instructions: Mix the ingredients in a jar a night before consumption and consume the following day. Repeat the process for 4 days for visible results.
